Membership fees can be paid monthly for existing members. Full payment by 30 Jan offers 1 month free membership.
Membership subscription is determined at committee level every quarter and is not negotiable. Fees payments for new members will be pro rata per quarter.
Members may bring a maximum of 6 guests at any one time. (Excluding specifically booked functions) during that time the member is fully responsible for their guests and must ensure they abide by the club constitution and club rules. Should a guest cause any problems or damage, the member responsible will be held fully liable and accountable.
All members will be expected to be considerate and show respect to other members, their guests and all staff. Circolo italiano has a zero tolerance for political and racial discrimination, any member or their guests found to be contravening this rule will be asked to leave the premises and will be banned from returning.
All facility bookings must be done through the office and a deposit will be required to secure the booking. Bookings will be on a first come first serve basis. This includes pitch hire.
Members are offered 50% reduction of standard booking price for venue hire after 1 year of membership, and 25% discount on pitch hire after 3 months of membership
Family members are offered 10% discount off their bill from the restaurants up to a maximum of 6 guests when card is presented.
Individual members are offered a 10% discount off their bill from the restaurants for themselves and a maximim of 3 guests.
Tenants on the property have the right to reserve entrance into their rented area for whatever reason and all members will respect that right.
Any member or their guest that causes damage to our property or the property of our tenants or customers will be held fully liable.
In the event of an accident or damage to persons or property whilst at 197 Enterprise Road, Chisipite, Circolo Italiano accepts no liability whatsoever.
The Circolo Italiano reserves the right of admittance.
